Natty Shop operates on a Store Pickup model. Once you complete your purchase online, your order will be processed and held for collection at your preferred Natty Gyms branch (Ruiru, Membley, or Kahawa Sukari).

Yes. We partner directly with USN Kenya and other official brand distributors to ensure you receive 100% original, lab-tested supplements. We do not stock "black market" or unverified products.

No. To ensure the safety of our products and keep prices low for our members, we do not offer delivery services. All orders must be collected in person at our gym branches.

We will hold your paid order at the reception for up to 14 business days. Please bring your digital receipt or order confirmation email and a valid ID when collecting.

For health and safety reasons, we have a strict no-return policy once a supplement has been collected and the seal is broken. Please inspect your product thoroughly at the reception during pickup.

Yes, but they must present a copy of your ID and the original Order Confirmation email. This is to prevent unauthorized collection of your supplements.

If a product is listed as "Out of Stock," it means we are awaiting a fresh batch from our Suppliers. You can sign up for "Restock Notifications" to be alerted the moment it arrives at your branch.

To secure your items, we recommend paying via M-Pesa during the online checkout. However, we do accept M-Pesa payments at the reception for walk-in purchases if stock is available.
